Get to know Liz Lugo, 2012 Hooters Dream Girl. 16 of the most gorgeous Hooters Girls will be featured in the Hooters Dream Girl television show premiering on SPEED. Each Hooters Girl was selected to compete in the Hooters Dream Girl Bikini Bracket Challenge and is hoping to get the most online votes and ultimately be named 2012 Hooters Dream Girl. The show will premiere on Saturday at 8:30 PM ET on SPEED, followed by re-airs throughout the next 4 weeks on Fuel TV and SPEED.

3.How long have you been there? Since the store opened December of 2010. Before that worked at Hooters of Doral, Miami and Hooters of Bayside, Miami.
4.Most memorable experience in Aruba? Aruba was an AMAZING experience overall. I met so many wonderful girls from all over the country and made some great friends with whom I plan to keep in contact with. I loved the fact that even though it was supposed to be a competition everyone treated each other with respect and kindness at all times. The Hooters magazine staff and crew were also all amazing people and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. My most memorable experience, I would have to say though, was the boating trip we took the last day of our trip. We didn't all get to shoot the same days so there were days when we didn't see some of the girls and the boating trip brought us all together. We went snorkeling and sightseeing and I actually confronted my fear of the water and jumped in, with a life vest of course because I cannot swim. The water and marine life in Aruba was beautiful and I was so glad I got the courage to see it, because it was definitely a once in a lifetime experience.
5.One word that best describes yourself? Ambitious
6.New Year's Eve you were... I was in New York City. It was an unbelievable experience because no city in United States celebrates new years the way New York does. Millions of people stood in Times Square to watch the ball drop and bring in 2012. I unfortunately, was not amongst those people; although my hotel was right on Times Square I brought in the new year at a nearby, popular New York City bar. I was, however, able to hear the performers, such as Lady Gaga, from my room window. The city was full of tourists from all over the world who came to celebrate like the New Yorkers do. I had a blast!

7.Greatest accomplishment thus far? I would have to say my greatest accomplishment so far was moving to Miami on my own right after high school. It was kind of the small town girl moving to the big city with a ton of dreams and aspirations thing. I'm very glad I did it and made it. If I had not moved to Miami, perhaps I would have never become a Hooters Dream Girl.

8.Dream job? I study International Relations and my dream job would be to become a United States ambassador to another country. This is a presidential appointed job, therefore it is very hard to accomplish, but who knows? Maybe one day there will be an ex Hooters girl as a Unites States ambassador.

9.Interesting fact about yourself? I actually worked in the local Telemundo in Fort Myers at a very young age. I was about 15 or 16 years old and would host a weekly show. I used to have so much fun and for a while I was really determined to become a journalist or reporter.

10.If you could travel anywhere, where would that be? I would love to travel all over the world. I actually would love to go backpacking throughout Europe. I think there is so much history over there and I would love to experience it all.

She was selected to film the TV show in Aruba for 1 week to stake her claim in the competition through photo shoots, interviews and beach challenges. The Hooters Girl that receives the most votes and makes it through all 4 weeks of the Bikini Bracket will be featured on the cover of Hooters Magazine and be named 2012 Hooters Dream Girl.
