how to make a language bar

here is a vid on how to make a language bar for your computer, what it does is it allows you to change ur computer's keyboard's language without getting an international keyboard. some of the things u can make r this: ² é è ç à ° µ £ ¨ ù § ´` ü ö ä ¿ · ñ ¡ ª æ ð Ð Þ þ

there r more than that so you´ll have to experiment with it and find what keys (whether using shift or not) make a different symbol

=D i finally made it by taking out my name from the "start" button lol, it cut out part of the screen but made no difference to the video =)kinda hard to read the words in my Word document tho >.< screen is sorta too big lol

To answer your question though, the reason there is no sounds is BECAUSE SOUNDS WERE NOT PUT ON THE VIDEO. Hard to understand, I know. :(
