Tenth place is a large collection of works by Charles Schulz, of Peanuts fame, brought in by a gentleman who worked with the famous artist in the mid-fifties to early-sixties.

  • Sell them now. Get rid of it because this stuff will go down. The next generation couldnt care less.

  • I think "TheRealCritique" is too full of himself to have anything of coherence to add.

  • As a collector of both Snoopy/Peanuts and Hallmark (ornaments, cookie cutters, lapel pins, and other items that catch my eye) I want to thank you for posting this video on YouTube. I am also a fan of the show as well.

  • If my second wife did that, I would immediately be looking for my third wife.

  • @foto21com lol thanks tips!

  • @TheRealCritique Bitter, bitter little man

  • makes me wish i kept those comic books that were given to me from the late 60's

  • Just because this went up over the last 25 years along with the aging of the Peanuts generation does not mean it won't go down. It will. Charles Shultz is not Picasso or Salvador Dali, or even Stan Lee or R Crumb. His best, early originals will be worth lots of money, but these prices are too high.

Peanuts really isn't all that significant really. It's pretty gutless, except for the first five years, which are still not that daring, and the dreck of the following eons dilutes the whole.

  • @TheRealCritique I'm sure that's not true.

  • @Ultranothing Not necessarily. I think the next generation will think less of comics than this one. It doesn't reduce their quality - it just means that they might not be exposed to them as much. It's sad, but it might happen.
