Great tape....but as the gentleman says..."somebody is going to make for a good support person with me... is how they take care of themselves..." DSP's in this country are not professionals and make very low wages...as a result they often have multiple jobs and are stressed! The field of Direct Support needs to be a profession with adequate pay....Expectation for the current work force is unrealistic. Check out the Danish Social Pedagogue Model. Again great tape!
