  • awesome we are listening closely

  • @EliyahsMessageTime In the other passages cited, the practice is forbidden precisely BECAUSE it was generally associated in idolatry and done in the presence of OTHERS, who would believe that the meat itself was therefore somehow tainted. There is a distinction that as a legalist, you clearly cannot grasp. As for grace, yes God picks me, but I also pick Him. He does not violate free will, and yes we do have free will, or else God is the author of all evil. And we are NOT under the Law of Moses.

  • @EliyahsMessageTime Um...Actually, 1 Cor. 8:10 teaches exactly what I said it did. Paul says in this verse not to eat meat sacrificed to idols in the presence of those with "weak consciences" (that would be people like you who think it's a sin) because that would tempt them to do it. And if they do it, thinking it is an affront to God, then that MAKES it an affront to God because they do it even though they believe it is sin. It is this state of their hearts that would make it a sin for them.

  • @Rogueoftroy Actually, you making the law of Yahweh of NONE effect via your traditions makes you the pharisee. ILLegalism carries the day in the 'strong delusion' mainstream church world, & i have no pity for it, Yahweh is at work in their delusion to damn. Salvation is by grace, bestowed upon those He has picked. Nothing i can do one way or the other. 1 Cor. 8 DOES NOT teach what you have claimed. Compare Acts 15:29, 21:25, 1 Cor. 8:10, 1 Cor. 10:19-20. You are fellowshiping with 'devils'.

  • @EliyahsMessageTime Paul told the Church in 1 Cor., Chapter 8, that it was perfectly ok for them to eat meat that had been sacrificed to IDOLS so long long as there was no idolatry in their hearts. Remember when Jesus told Peter that it's not what touches a man that defiles him, but that which comes out of his own heart? I am not going to pretend, as you do, to "weep" for you. But you do have my pity. Being a slave to legalism and works-centric theology is worthy of all the pity I can muster.

  • @Rogueoftroy I was told by a church goer once that his often visits to the beach was to "glorify god for the creation of womens bodies". Others will kill believers claiming they do Yahweh a service, according to scripture. AND YOU sitting there claiming WHORING with pagan HEATHEN customs is honorable is just a manifestation of the "STRONG DELUSION" Yahweh promised He would send on those that love a way of unrighteousness, 2 Thes. 2. Purly a worship of a FALSE messiah ... weeping for TAMUZ LIE

  • @Armandotodos Jesus doesn't care if you celebrate Christmas, Dear. Paul told the Corinthian Church in I Cor. Chapter 8 that they could eat meat sacrificed to FALSE IDOLS so long as they did not mean it as an affront to God. He wants your heart. He wants a relationship. He's not looking for a reason to get angry or offended. If you celebrate Christmas as a celebration of Jesus then God is pleased. Same for Easter and Sundays. We ought not look outward at stuff, but look inward at our own hearts.

  • Perry Stone Stone..on his Manna-Fest & even now Pastor Joseph Prince is starting to use the old Testament to give us deeper meaning to the Christian beginnings. (There is NO other way to really understand what is happening).
