my entire life I used to cook bacon in a frying pan. I suppose because this is the way I was taught at an early age. it was always a mess grease spattering everywhere an it need's constant attention. I started cooking bacon the way shown here a couple years back. and I will never go back to the frying pan again.

baking bacon actually is a really good way to make it. Turns out better than fried bacon almost all the time.

@Mr2Phreshh why would you fry it with oil? bacon is fried without adding any extra fats or oils because bacon provides its own fat during the cooking process
