I accidentaly came across the source of the Pool balls hitting eachother sound.
It's from the 1977 version of the film 'scum' Where one of the inmates is attacked by a boy weilding a sock with two pool balls in it.

OH YEAH!!! I've loved this song for a few years, ever since I got it from my friend. However, it was called "track13", so I had no idea what to look for.Today, I remember that I heard Boards of Canada somewhere recently, so I looked it up on youtube, clicked the first song, and my jaw dropped.
