Can-Utility And The Coastliners Drum Cover

This is a drum cover of the Genesis song Can-Utility and The Coastliners by Thierry Chene. I'm playing drums since I was eight and it's always been my biggest influence. I try to play the parts as near as Collins did in 1972. I'm presently looking for band members to form a Genesis tribute band. Martin Marcotte, Martin Levac, Emmanuelle Caplette and Mario Roy helped me a lot in the way I play today. Thanks a lot!

And by the way this is excellent - note perfect. The only thing you should work on is the Phil Collins head tilt. He would almost always play looking up at the ceiling, completely relaxed, as if he were having a cup of coffee and a conversation with you as he was putting down those groovy Genesis beats.

Once again ¡great job, man! I'm 43 years old, I work as a drum teacher in an academy in Majorca, Spain though I'm from Argentina. Phil, together with Neil Peart made me want to become a professional drummer, and they're still big influences in my playing. I've seen almost all the drummers you've mentioned ( Emmanuelle is amazing!!), they're also great artists.
