Featuring 17 curvy, voluptuous, zatif beauties, selected from 56 local plus-size girls, from size 14 to 24 (1XL to 6XL), who will put your shimmering hearts into delight with their curvy magnificence, bold beauty and sensual presence. Guaranteed to transform the way you look at plus-size women. Watch the event that the girls have been dreaming their entire lives, unfold in front of your very eyes.

Organized by Erica Sim, the owner of a local grown online blogshop for plus-size women, BIGnBEAUTIFUL (www.bab.com.sg), with over 2,000 members and growing very rapidily. It is her dream, her dream to have plus-size fashion in main stream media and to build a plus-size community.

This is a history-making event, an event that will quench the anticipating hearts of many, set a new phase of fashion in Singapore, and offers a magic carpet ride, from the over-saturated 'slim' market, to a world of undiscovered enchanting beauties.

"Grand et Beau" means Big and Beautiful in French. Since we are featuring corsets and more haute couture gowns and dresses for this fashion show, why not let's give it a french name!

@mzgjc fat is the word for people who are overweight. If you're not overweight why would you be fat? And I mean the kind of overweight people who have all fat and no muscles, because I do know some athletes who are overweight because they have huge muscles. The girls obviously do not have that much muscle mass to justify their weight. I am against anorexic/bulimic people as well, but let's not take it to the other extreme too!
