I would suggest listening to Alan Watts about this where he says the Earth 'peoples' as naturally as an apple tree apples

astral projection is ok, but theres a better way.go out in soul form and assume a body or not, when you get there.(there, has no real meaning thou) any-who when you work from souls level you have a whole new way of working with consciousness. kool!!!!! this is what robert found out when he asked the queston!
