  • @666jus666 that music be the greatest show ever

  • @666jus666 and devourment and vital remains

  • @Pannemat :-) Nice reaction, and i should have known: "Google is your only trustworthy friend, nowadays...'

  • @V1Ncento Thanks,no offense.

I don't know about the origins of the name (I'm not from Belgium) but the full name 'Graspop Metal Meeting' should clear things up.In the beginning I used to go to Lowlands mainly for the metal acts! Belgium has 'Pukkelpop',which has a parralel/similar programming with Lowlands but with more loud guitars,so to speak.

First you google, then you assume. ;-)

  • @Pannemat Guess you're right, i always assumed it was a bit like LowLands' programming, also considering the fact that some people i know went there, while they are not really metalfans.. Weird, my bad!

    Why is it called Graspop?

  • @V1Ncento "It's a POPfestival..."?

Huh?? I 'reckon' you do some research.Unless you make a joke, then make it obvious.

  • @ANXIETY93 It's a popfestival, i reckon Dying Fetus was the only act playing death metal there, lots of people in the crowd probably never heard more than three seconds of good death metal until that day.. :-D
