this doesn't make any sense... vill du tala engelsk ?... (do you speak english) ... first of all it should be engelska (engelsk means that your from england) second, vill du tala engelsk(a) = do you wanna speak english. The correct sentence should be "talar (pratar) du engelska ? = do you speak english" :) otherwise it was kinda funny :)
