QCF+HS is now Ray Divider
QCF+K is now Impala Hunt
F, D, DF+HS(overdrive at the end) is Aegis High(changes to QCFx2+S in GGX GBA)
F, B, F, HCF+P(only in GGX GBA) is an named OD where Ky does his winpose animation against Sol. From there, you're greeted with a lazor from his eyes.
These moves are carried over to Robo-Ky in GGXX, with new ones like Reverse Crescent.
The animation for Aegis High is reused for Reload and onward Robo-Ky's Ky Kokoro no Ichigeki(Single Attack of the Reforming Heart)

@babyko1026 I think why they haven't used this version is because this version actually returns as a separate unlockable character in GGXX/X2, but he's undergone a heavy revamp in GGXX#Reload and onward due to previous imbalance, causing this version to be banned from tournaments.

I personally loved GGX's Proto-Ky as well (I call him Proto-Ky to differentiate him form the current version)
The very first version of GGXX has this version of Robo/Proto-Ky, which is neat.

yeah, me too. i've been looking for vids of Ky in GG Mode.
Watch hfblade's "GGX Ky Kiske Retro cmv: Running Shadow" he also uses Ky in GG Mode.
one thing i noticed about GG Mode Ky... He is only playable in GGX By Your Side for Dreamcast or the PS2 and the GBA version of GGX.
Way back during the Dreamcast days of this game, this particular was called Robo Ky, I was excited to play Robo Ky when a new installed of GGX came out, but was disappointed that it wasn't GG Mode Ky.
