A cliche name for a cliche guy. The final boss of Psi Ops is ultimately disappointing, and follows a very predictable pattern. Like most of the other bosses, he has two phases:
1st phase - The general will be untouchable here, and he's gradually gaining health. Your targets are the rotating columns around him. Use PK on them to destroy them then rush to pick up the spheres of power that they drop around the room. Even if you pick them up before the general has finished powering up, he'll still have full health during the next phase.
2nd phase - Now the general will physically attack you. He follows a very basic pattern. He always starts by chucking the remains of the columns at you, followed by a volley of fireballs from above. He will then vanish and reappear, firing a blue bolt of energy at you. He will then repeat the process. All of these attacks can be easily avoided by hiding under the bridges around the area or by simply running. To hurt him, use the spheres of power you picked up on him by firing them like a normal weapon. When you run out, head into the blue psi field where the general originally was to recharge. But don't hang around here too long or a shockwave will severely hurt you. Repeat this process and the general wll be finished. If you get low on health, there's plenty of health packs under the bridges too.
If you want to see the ending, well, you'll just have to play this game to find out. All I'll say is it leave it open for a sequel, but that's very VERY unlikely now, shame.
