@coyaks Not after you get your empire going and throw in some of the war mods. It gets hard as hell and pretty with constant fireworks.

@viciokas1993 I was down to 10-20% shields @ the end of the film, most from the 4th Q which I didn't see and thus was hit by its initial barrage.

@coyaks It's boring for those who haven't got the patience and willpower to actually invest their time in a consistent, long-term gaming experience.

Meaning that COD freaks, Halo fanboys and Counterstrike addicts don't have any hopes of ever enjoying X3TC because their brains are trained to mindlessly shoot anything on sight, not to perform actions such as managing fleets of starships, create and protect trade routes, and build their own sustainable economic system.

which weapons did you use? the ones in the front were photon impulse cannons, and the green i know too, nut you use another white weapons with a smaller shot like the PIC

@MrSieish The Boreas is the M2 Destroyer for the OTAS, making it technically an Argon ship. You can buy them in Legend's Home from the OTAS shipyard.

My fav M2. She may not have a huge power plant or a huge cargo bay, but she has monster shields and packs a huge punch for a commonweath destroyer. Sure that Tyr may pack bigger shields and a bigger punch, but good luck equipping the darn thing.

Are those gauss cannons or electro-magnetic chainguns you've fitted to the Boreas? I recognize the HEPTs, not sure about the other weapons.
