  • I'm doing exactly this to lose weight! I've found that I can't motivate myself to exercise unless it's fun, so I've started dancing in front of mirror while watching music videos and wearing something cute. When you're dancing you don't even feel like you're exercising because the music keeps you moving. It really makes all the difference and I've already lost some weight!

  • Back when I lifted weights, I would catch myself flexing in the mirror a lot when I went to the bathroom. I thought I was getting more muscular so I look was looking in the mirror more, and although I'm pretty sure I didn't look much different, I thought I did, and that made me want to go back to the gym to keep at it. It was a good positive feedback loop. This is definitely a more defined version of that. I like!
