a mixture of workouts and routines me and my friend karl have been doing to get, and keep fit, just within our bedrooms, this video was taken from a space of 2/4months. at the middle, you see visible signs of change with our "poses" and towards the end clear improvement in both muscle definition and strength.

  • @euan1jones i do understand what your saying about the video but for the space they had in the bedroom they did use the space well and using the bed as a pull up bar type thing was good. Only thing i could fault were the pressups, they just didnt look right to me lol but anyways. Good vid, im off into the army and im a girl so yeah.

  • theres more of you lot fucking posing than there is of exercises, and no instuctions on how to do the exercises properly, then again i suppoe it is america

  • and you have to be able to do more than 10

  • and your arms have to be fully straightend out on pull-ups

  • Do situps like that when your in and you'll be throttled.
