If you were paranoid enough about getting the virus, you would go through all that, the problem is no one in their sex crazed mind would. Unfortunately, this mandatory testing isn't the solution. These people may be tested which is good, but you're still going to run into the same old issues of not knowing their medical history if you meet them under a bridge somewhere.

how would you know for sure they don't have it anyway. Boottie call and adultery have always been legal . How is this going to change.if you think someone looks delicious then fuck that person but just don't forget to protect yourself with the best possible methods

Unless you watch a person get the test, wait for the negative results, and stay with them every moment in between, you cannot do this. Your statement suggests that one can tell who is HIV+, and ANYONE can carry the virus. Please take the time to educate yourself instead of seeming so judgmental.

people are dying from a comprimised immune system due to the lack of real nutrition in the food we eat, drug use (legal and illegal) and a host of other societal factors the least of which is sleeping with someone. so cure it! and dont buy the hype to enslave you.
.03% h2o2 in 1 ltr. distilled water, or colloidal silver, common sense and a reformed diet thats the ticket. search it out for youself. dont let them steal your freedom of security within youself. then you will be a slave!

that is crazy! . why dont they tell people the truth this disease can be cured! there has not been a soul who has died from HIV! there is big money in disease in america. cure the damn diseas and let the people go free! aids is the result of a combination of factors not one virus called HIV! dont believe it? then kill the virus! and yes you can kill the virus inspite of the bullsh*t to the contrary. people die from "ars" all of which are ancient diseases around since forever.cure it, its simple.
