If you like to know if the meat you eat is from an animal that has suffered unnecessary cruelty through religious slaughter go to the UK government’s epetitions.direct.gov.uk website and search “Halal” to sign the petition to get Halal meat labelling made obligatory.

@MrDeanuddin I doubt that a plant is self conscious or even conscious at all.
I like meat but halal method is purposless and causes great suffering.

@Yahweigh Yes, there is a big difference between plants and animals but they both alive and suffer when you kill them for food or anything else.
Sorry mate, you won't be able to understand the pain of plants because your brain has been washed.
You love your veges ,fruits, milk, grains and I love my chicken, beef, lamb, Bigmac and kfc. lol... good luck.
