  • Leaving extra holes punched in the box DOES matter. It defeats the purpose of having a box contain sparks and fires. But if you don't care about the electrical codes or voiding your homeowners insurance, then it is fine.

  • Several violations, please people DO NOT WATCH THIS! For more help I'd suggest a helpful diy site, check out diychatroom tons of true sparkies are there!

  • @maslinmedia lol

  • Get back in the kitchen

  • why doesnt she just use an "easy box" for the plug? you dont even need studs, it clamps onto the edge of the drywall and you dont even have to patch anything, cut the drywall to exact size. now that just looks like crap, making more work now, keeping drywallers in business. if she were a real electrician she would of used one of those

  • i thought the plastic blue boxes were just for low voltage, but i just know the NYC code, which is one of the strictest in the country... also, why punch out a hole that is not going to be used, would that not become a potential fire hazard if there were to be a spark from a short circuit in the box?

  • Wow... Does she have her drill set on "hammer"? I wonder why she's teaching electrical anyway when clearly "flowers" are her thing.... Hmm... Maybe she shouldn't call herself an "expert"...think? I wouldn't use a jig saw to cut unless I knew for sure there were no other wires behind that wall either... Hmmm..

  • Are these people serious??? Oh well, more business for me when all this crap work starts a fire.

  • Tell this lady its Against the NEC to punch ot holes if there is no wire to be run though it must be done the time of my god bet this place has burned down by now
