Aiko is the brainchild of robotics developer Le Trung and the first Canadian android to make a public appearance. The android visited the Ontario Science Centre November 10, 2007. Thank you YouTube Canada for the feature. Hopefully the attention will help get this poor girl the support she needs to get up out of that wheelchair and learn to walk. http://www.projectaiko.com info@projectaiko.com

he wasnt abusing it its a demonstration. he's trying to show how he has programmed it to respond like a human. all it'sn doing is reacting, it doesnt have a conciousness. on the other hand, what if all humans are doing is reacting, on the basis but much more complex? what if concoiusness is just a biological program for storing wave patterns and reactions?
cmac5858552, the robot cant feel pain, it's just been programed to say that when that happens, and you cant get a robot rebellion without 'A.I' which hasn't been made yet, if it ever gets made
i don't like how he started treating it like shit, grabing it and punching it. i know it's not a real person but if it can think and feel pain at least be nice to it. i feel like this is almost like a modern day frankenstien because they're thinking so hard about creating it but not about the creation. that's what cuses robot rebellions is them feeling like they are insignifigent and there lives meaningless. so in short: don't abuse you're robot, they're people too...sorta.
