I think the only flaws are (thinking logically, distance between kitchen and dining room) and maybe the furniture. Other than that this house is fucking awesome, I love the lay out :3

this house is so cool, but since this house is already in a dark color, the furniture should be in lighter colors so it would contrast in a cool way and would feel more comfortable to look at.
