I hate to break this to you alex, but, hes not an american. He's an australian.
Also, don't you think it is a bit silly to try and refer to as diverse a group of people as the americans as being "mentally retarded" when they clearly display a great deal of intellectual diversity?

@alizamzam11 Forced imprisonment and executions by Che doesn't make him a good human being.

we are so lucky that Che lived as he lived and is the most inspirational figure today. i wish he could live forever, cause he was a human being at its best and a model for everyone who considers himself a human being and not a consumer or a statistic.

@ddball1 By the way, the Bin Laden comparison is idiotic.

@ddball1 "If you tremble with indignation at every injustice, then you are a comrade of mine" sums up Che. He fought against exploitation, oppression, social inequality and injustice. Che is never a failure - he inspired may leaders around the world e.g. in Brazil, Bolivia and Venezuela who do wonderful things for the destitute. He did kill many people who were by no means saints and the summary executions resembled more the Nuremberg Trials than the cold blooded murder of innocents.

@alizamzam11 Che was unique. A unique failure. Osama Bin Laden didn't copy him, but seems to have tried.

So being a doctor, working tirelessly for sometimes 36 hours straight, raising your country's literacy rates by 20%, killing people who committed war crimes after reviewing the cases justly, pointing out that the United Nations wasn't stopping apartheid in Africa, and calling out the U.S. and U.S.S.R. for using smaller countries as puppets is evil and vain?
Say what you will about communism due to many countries touting it as evil from your birth, but exactly where does this count Che as evil?
LOLpwntnub 1 year ago 4
@LOLpwntnub you inflate what you believe to be his good points. The killings weren't just. The literacy wasn't raised by his policy. Maybe he was a good GP, but I have seen no evidence that suggests it. He did not address the issue of apartheid, he exploited it." The Mouse that roared" was more successful in addressing US injustice from overbalanced power.

@ddball1 "The killing weren't just." Care to back up your points with some evidence? Imperialists have murdered for much less. Vietnam is an excellent example, both because of the repression and murder of Viatnamese citizens by their fascist dictator (backed by the U.S.) and by the U.S. once we invaded. There is also the passive murder of civilians by starvation, disease, and preventable illness due to capitalism's creation of poverty. Are the rich culpable? Oh, yes they are.

@trojanpride69 What evidence do you need? There are billions living in poverty in the world because of socialism and communism. India is a good case study of the benefits of giving away socialism. It is sad for Vietnam that China was allowed to win, but I am confident that Vietnamese peoples won't be held down forever. I think even China is learning how socialism failed them But you don't really care about that, you support killers.
