oh really? every version i've heard has had mama do it, but having ti moune do it is cool. but when it was assigned i wasn't there, i was only the stage manager for this, as i was a senior in high school lol.

Mama Euralie. That's who's written to do it I think. Granted, our Mama was only 12-13, but she still did pretty well I think. After all, it's a high A.

At my skool my solo line iz he roared down the road like the devil himself and the boy has the will of the devil himself and the ti moune at mi skool sings way better but dis ti moune sing really good too

in the beginning of "pray" i have a solo version for 'he roared down the road like the devil himself" and every part in the whole play with that tune to it, and i sing it really load and mean like it supposed to be, but everyone else is like, whispering their solos so i'm just like.... yeah....
