SVMRC: Dore Hill St. Stevens in "OO"

This is the new promo video of the Soar Valley Model Railway Club's magnificent new flagship layout, Dore Hill St. Stevens. Measuring just over 41' x 16', the layout becomes popular where ever it goes.

Dore Hill St. Stevens made it's debut on the exhibition circuit at the SVMRC's 25th Annual Exhibition at the Garendon High School, in September 2009. Since then, Dore Hill has appeared at the Spalding Model Railway Show in November 2009 and the Derby Model Railway Exhibition in May 2010 with an outing to the Clubs Bi-Annual open Day at Swannington in April that same year. As a newcomer to the Exhibition Circuit, Dore Hill St. Stevens is not booked out until June next year (2011).

What a beautiful layout.

I am just starting in the Model Railway scene, hoping to create a Coal Yard to start with in my limited space. But I would like it to look as realistic as possible :)

@jules46443 Well, it's certainly taken us a few years so far, and we've still not finished it. I'm due to be painting the backscenes this summer! Good luck with your project anyhow!
