Tupolev Long Range Bombers Family.

The Tupolev Tu-95 is a large, four engine turboprop powered strategic long range bomber and missile platform. The Tu-95 was originally designed to dropped the AN602 Tsar Bomba over the U.S continent starting in New York city. Today after being upgraded or modernized to Tu-95MS the Tu-95MS can launched long range cruise missiles "Raduga Kh-55 ALCM" and nuclear long range missiles. Starting 2025 the Tu-95MS will join 22 units of the Tupolev PAK DA stealth bombers in the Russian long range patrols.

The Tupolev Tu-160 is a supersonic, variable sweep wing heavy nuclear long range strategic bomber. The Tu-160 can perpetrate nuclear strikes in any place of the world at supersonic speed. The Tu-160 is used to protect Russian allies with nuclear presence, for example on 10 September 2008 two Russian Tu-160 landed in Venezuela by the increasingly tense relations between Venezuela and United States. According to experts the two Tu-160 prevented an U.S military intervention in Venezuela. The Tu-160 also is used in Russian long range patrols.

The Tupolev Tu-22M is a supersonic, swing wing, nuclear long range strategic and maritime strike bomber. One Tu-22 is capable to destroy entire Naval fleet's at supersonic speed. The Tu-22 was originally designed to destroy the entire U.S NAVY, today is used for intervention in global conflicts, for example monitoring the Korean Peninsula. The Tu-22M3 also is used in Russian long range patrols.
