Verhalen over Irak

Het had weinig gescheeld of Annet Henneman had haar laatste reis naar Noord-Irak niet overleefd. Het vliegtuig huiswaarts vertrok een paar uur eerder dan gepland en daardoor moest ze haar afspraak bij een tv-station in de stad Kirkuk afzeggen. Die middag zouden er bommen ontploffen in het gebouw van de zender. Met negen doden als treurig resultaat. Het zal theatermaakster Henneman (1955) er niet van weerhouden om nog eens te gaan. Ze wil de verhalen van onderdrukten over de hele wereld blijven vertellen. Ook aan haar nieuwe WereldVrienden: de Italiaanse middelbare schoolklas van leraar Roberto Veracini.
