@oprahdidntdie4ursins I actually have had the same marshall set up as you. Honestly, if you want my personal opinion, I'd save your money and save up for a tube amp. I'm to the point where I'm realizing that you get what you get with a lower grade guitar amp. Right now I have my eyes on VOX's amps....but it also depends on what genre you're leaning towards to(as for me, I'm more into post rock/indie music so I don't want a heavier sounding amp)

@oprahdidntdie4ursins Hi, I'm interested in your comment. I have a half stack Marshall MG100HDFX, but I am not satisfied with the sound. I was considering trying this here Fender, but apparently it's not any better, as you say. Is there any low budget amp you would recommend?

There's this one and the one with the swirly Fender letters, is there a difference? Also, is this amp going to give me a good high midrange warm tone, or a thin, trebly crap tone.
