your fridge is 'basically empty?'
DUDE YOU COULD FEED THE WHOLE OF AFRICA WITH THAT!

True, you dont NEED protein powder after a work out, you can easily be fit and in shape without it. But taking it, along with proper routines, you can have the benefits of fast muscle repair, more muscle mass and strong lean muscle. All essential to building bigger stronger leaner muscle, faster than the average person.

Thanks for that info on only needing 10grams of protein

Did you marry a man or woman... You kind of sound like a pussy... Just saying...

I don't use protein powder but am still a beginner, i am lifting for a year now and i have gains, protein powder is for emergencies and for advanced bodybuilders. My main problem is i can't drop below 15% fat because i get my proteins mostly of milk and yogurts and then meat.

I added a morning protein and evening protein shake to my diet which consists of about 1800 calories a day (25-30g). My metabolism took off. I'm 6'1 185 7%. I was 205 at 15%.

I agree 100% from personal experience

No food.. just condiments

nobody wants to drink vomit?...speak for yourself.
If this protein is for "emergencies" like when the fridge is empty, why the hell are you recording a video for youtube in the time you could have been buying groceries/preparing food.

It mixes well but you aren't even mixing them properly. With a spoon almost nothing will mix. But with a shaker cup / blender ... basically every protein powder mixes without clumps.
