@kmaity You my friend are the classic example... No one can satisfy 'em all.... never, You might find service irritating in your city... but rest of the places like mumbai and bangalore nothing can beat vodafone being postpaid user of vodafone last 4 year not a single day I face any issue (not a single one which you just mention) but again we are lucky, i guess cause I hate stupid airtel and its customer care, cant think of using them for one day.... :)

saw this ad 2 years ago never thought i see it again since i seen it in my gramma's house i can't belive that vodaphone made the song it too good i wonder if they would make a whole song

lol that never happened with me. In fact I think its one of the best ones(in Mumbai atleast). Actually while roaming sometimes its the only network around, and others like Airtel, MTNL etc do not have any network at all.
Also the Vodafone Store is there at lots and lots of places in Mumbai, One can recharge or pay bills 24/7!
May be its just you..or I don't know how is it in other cities.
