@zergling6000 The problem is that slopers use a differing combination of muscles in your hands, in comparison to plates or pull-ups. The only thing I think that might be relevant in a non-climbing situation would be to train open-grip style on objects?

Does anyone have any ideas for 'sloper training' in the (normal) gym? perhaps with plates or pull-up machines?
