Deliver Us

This song is taken from Andrew Peterson's Behold the Lamb of God Christmas cd. We will be traveling back in time to witness scenes from the Old Testament where Moses led the enslaved Jews out of Egypt and delivered them to the promised land. Then, we will look at present day scenes where we see examples of how we enslave ourselves today. We may not have chains, but our enslavement is just as real as it was in the days of Moses, and we need to call out to Christ to break us free.

Love this! So creative!! Great job of creating and performing it also. That end had to have been a powerful ending for the audience. Bravo!! Working on choreography to this song for Ash Wednesday, with just a few dancers. (ps.I only would have preferred a male to rep Jesus....)
