I see this as simple paying homage their older song. Brundtland claims to have made most of it anyways. I really don´t see how this can be plagiarism. Linbæk is simply offended he won't get any money from it.

A Higher Place is CLEARLY based on Lift, even though it´s a completely new song. Think what you want about copyright laws. If you look at present laws they must pay up. No way around it
