I fish predominately near the area of Oregon Inlet and i sell my harvest / catch to Oneal's Sea Harvest seafood ! I have approx. 60 or 70 miles of inner coastline which i prowl on a regular basis ! From Oregon Inlet to the intercoastal waterway of North River, west to the mouth of the Chowan River !

Please do not believe all the lies about gillnetting!

All the lies you hear are not true, no bycatch, turtles, dolphins or any other mammals caught with this method of fishing !! This method of fishing , "circlenetting, or strikenetting, " is not only the most effective but it is also the safest to the environment , for our nets are never left unattended and unwanted fish get released alive !!!! False data and special interest groups want you to believe otherwise due to jealous and money !!!!!
