Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor has told the Senate Judiciary Committee that she believes it's important that judges keep 'an open mind' about cases before them. (July 14)

She got her education through "affirmative action", which is racist, judging who will recieve a scholarship by the color of thier skin, should not be tolerated in America.
