    YEs I can actually say that it does work, I started this program weighing 170lbs. And as of today I weighed in today at 120lbs., and yes of course I watch what I eat. I used to eat about 20,000 calories a day, and now I stick to 1,200 calories a day and have been doing so for the last 8 months.

    I do believe you can lose that kind of weight like this, just set your mind to it!

  • I usually burn between 450-500 calories for half an hour, and when I do 45 minutes of the weight loss segment of this program I usually burn between 800-900 calories because they make you do a ton of cardio.

  • did this really work. Did u see a big change in ur weight. I want to lose around 40-50
