Still trying my best i cut out all breads btw and sticking to only chicken and turkey for my meat and whey protein drink every morning no junk food what so ever including soda so hopefully ill start seeing results before this summer lol
@bennyeliuth20 hey man um idk if you have the p90x recovery drink or if jacked has any carbs in it but definitely sip on it throughout your workout if you need those extra boost, if jacked is a pre-workout drink that should have some carbs in it to get you what you need im doing alright without bread right now been doing it for almost a week now i think so yeah just let me know what your doing and ill let you know what im doing and we can help each other ha
dude i pretty much cut out all dairy and breads! I feel like S&%# dude!! pretty tired and my training intensity has dropped, especially during recovery week. i probably should add some carbs back.
