Train your people in other places other than north american and Europe. maybe Dubai would be a great training place. I am in canada now. But I'm from the states. Canada is the master of deception. You must be careful. keep yourself open. Pay for the education of your oil professionals. Only the best for them. This is your greatest investment. Move this training around. You must always know and keep sight of the risk of takeover. It can happen. Don't ever get comfortable.
