Undistilled water? So are you saying (if you have a Bissell Pro heat, and you want it to keep working), you have to use distilled water? Wow!

i have had mine for 5 years (pro heat 2x) and there have been no problems with the heater. Its just that undistilled water can block up the heater.

This is shit. I have one like this and the heater was designed on this model to not work.
