Children of the Eucharist

The World Apostolate of Fatima's Children's Program, Children of the Eucharist, Friends of the Hidden Jesus, hosted its 6th Annual Worldwide Childrens Eucharistic Holy Hour at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., on Friday, October 3, 2008. Holy Childhood Association groups representing the dioceses of Arlington, Virginia and Washington,D.C attended this event which was broadcast live on EWTN television.
Father Patrick Byrne, Secretary General of the Holy Childhood Association presided. In this video, Irish singer,Dana Rosemary Scallon performs with children representing different cultures of the world.

I hope next time they all face our Blessed Lord and God in the tabernacle and not give their backs to Him. We go to worship Him not us Right? The sanctuary is not a place of performance but Sacrifice! I love what is in their hearts but put in the right place and in the right way. Dana on the sactuary, back to the Lord and Alter facing the people and the people facing the performers? Think about it!

Oh and i also have the album!I am very catholic and i am 13!My grandma is my best friend!She is the chair person for this event!She has been two all seven and soon all 8 and i am going to the next one again!!

My grandma is connie schneider the maker of this..I went to the 7th annual for the first time in october I am going to the 8th!My cousin was the crowner for the 1st one!I am so proud of my grandma.She cant walk very well!She is amazing!I cant belive she can do this!

hi veramelle, let me know if you have the lyrics to this beautiful song yet as my son has dana's album that it features on, the album is called good morning jesus and it is an album of prayers and songs for children which dana released about a year ago, he also has the dvd which also features the song...
