Pi Delta Psi's primary mission is to spread Asian-American Cultural Awareness in an attempt to bridge the gap between various Asian-American subgroups. As a cultural fraternity, Pi Delta Psi tries to educate the community so as to prevent future bias and judgmental conclusions. The fraternity believes that by promoting the education of different cultures,it can expand the horizons of its members and not only better the individual but future generations as well.

Pi Delta Psi - Northeastern University Colony Recruitment for Fall 2011

Recruitment is a period of 2 weeks where prospective students who are interested in joining Pi Delta Psi are welcomed to come and check out the events we throw to get to know one another. There is no obligatory commitment whatsoever; it is strictly just us informing and showing rushees what our fraternity is about, and for rushees to decide later on if Pi Delta Psi is for them.

Pi Delta Psi is Northeastern University's first and only Asian Interest Fraternity.

Founded at Binghamton University in 1994, Pi Delta Psi has expanded to 26 schools in 15 years. 15 men chartered and established the Northeastern University Colony in the Fall of 2005, placing Pi Delta Psi as the only Asian-interest cultural fraternity in Boston. We now stand at 49 brothers strong after 9 semesters on campus.

Pi Delta Psi sets forth to promote our four pillars: academic excellence, cultural awareness, righteousness, and friendship/loyalty.

The brothers of Pi Delta Psi share a common bond not found anywhere else. There are over 1,000 Pi Delta Psi brothers nationally.

With over 600 alumni brothers on a national level, our fraternity has unlimited networking and contact opportunities for jobs, career advances, references, and referrals. A simple phone call to a Pi Delta Psi brother that you've never met at another school could get you ahead at that dream company that you've been wanting to work for. At our colony alone, our brothers have had co-ops at Gillette, Proctor & Gamble, Staples Corp., MFS Investments, Johnson & Johnson, John Hancock, State Street, General Electric, Cabot Corp.

Pi Delta Psi brothers have developed into emerging leaders on campus and nationally. Leadership abilities and skills are toned through the work we do, such as creating and hosting events, promoting Asian culture, networking with other organizations, running a branch of a national organization, all while maintaining high academic standards.
