Some of them do like the idea/are open to the concept of an RBE, but stay within their social group(s). More at upper and above classes will indirectly help as they see the benefits of doing so. Those who oppose, like the others, would require a value change. They see the benefits beyond what they experience around them, they'll eventually shift. Except the criminal elite families, politicians and other individuals/groups who people will no longer tolerate and start to do something about them.
