如果將高鐵站起在錦上路,那不要起算了,因為路程這麼短完全無意
思。而且從我家到元朗非常費時,絕對無可能會坐。我最後只會選擇 坐港鐵到深圳轉高鐵,如高鐵起在西九,反而方便了我,所以我支持 政府的方案,雖然真的很貴,但再不起問題更多,成本會更貴。 -
Allow for a small time gap before the next train arrives on the platform (at least 1 min)
That effectively leaves at most 21 mins for passengers to board. Given the large number of passengers (up to 1200) and their heavy luggage, and that each train has around 30 doors, each passenger has at most only 31.5 seconds to board, and that's assuming that the passengers come evenly for the duration! Normally, the closer to departure, the more people would come.

The problem with this 6+4 proposal is that 30 minutes might not be enough for everyone to board the train, assuming that they are using only 2 platforms to handle the departing trains.
After all you need to do the following in the 30 minutes:
Allow the train to enter the platform and stop (2 mins)
Allow passengers to board
Stop checking tickets and perform final checks before departure (5-10 mins)
Let the train leave the platform (1 min)
