John Phillip Sousa wrote the march; Vladimir Horowitz transcribed it and Lous Gann probably copied it off the radio as Horowitz never published his arrangement of it.

  • @misojin33 Horowitz never wrote his transcription down. This is one of the pieces featured in Vladimir Horowitz's works. Also, included is the Carmen piece and 'Pictures at an Exhibition.'
