I had a 1meter long rendition of the Mighty Mo. She's in 35 feet of water, sank in 1982 and pro bably still there!
Nicely done!

Sorry, its a wonderful ship. I have built the battleship Bismarck 'only' 2,50 m long and another one nearly 2 m long

Currently on year 11 of my Sterling model... Labor of love but have had it shelved due to kids being born. Any recommendations on building materials, glues, etc...? I am demotivated by your awesome work here!

That is sweet

13000? why not just buy the Missouri?

@ WW II fan: Is this model scratch-built? I am not aware of a kit in that scale of the Missouri. I built the Sterling model, but did not use the kit's fittings and guns, rather I made my own as I built the entire superstructure from scratch using Styrene. The ship sank in New York's central park lake after some hooligans threw stones at it.
That was along time ago, when RC was in its infancy with escapements, vacuum tubes and heavy 60v batteries.

She owes me about $13000.00 for the materials etc, plus the time to build it. Is not bought as a kit set.
