This is one of the most beautifully written storylines I've ever witnessed on Days. I still cry everytime I watch it just as much as when it first aired.

@goblz I agree completely. It didn't seem right that Frankie wouldn't be able to be there for his father's funeral.

I too wish Frankie had been there. I wish they'd been able to get Billy Warlock back for a a few episodes, and actually see all six Brady kids together at their father's funeral.

It was a shame that they couldn't have recast Frankie Brady for a short time. It was sad that one of Shawn and Caroline's kids missed the funeral.

I like to think that with Mickey gone now, he and Shawn are up there slinging beers together.
