this may be a dumb question but i wonder if its easy to extended when inflating the balloon they how does it stay extended? does it have a lock mechanism? i say this bc just like it can get extended the pressure of the fatening or other reason may cause it to collapse.

my mother did this procedure, when she left the surgery room, she was very well and also talking about drinking, having fun... after 3 days she started to have a very normal life and also nowdays.
