Happy Turkey Day! On R3 second day of loading and have a food hangover! Wow forget how horrible it feels to be absolutely stuffed to capacity. I'm glad I'm doing another round throughout December. Just to have more control and see the scale drop a few more pounds! Hope you are all good!

I totally understand the food hangover feeling! You look great Beth. Family dynamics are hard... we are going through that a little too.

Ugh..... I feel so gross too. Loading on T-day was really hard for me.... I feel totally sick. I gained 4 in two days, but oh well.... it'll come off.

You will-maybe by Christmas. I needed to get thing under control. Gained 8 lbs total from Napa and Thanksgiving load-but it was worth the food hangover. Yum!
