Magicdogfighter, you would be wise to investigate God yourself. Religion does no good for anyone, but God does. If you want to take the 50-50 chance that you will be safe when you die, it's up to you; but God isn't a Christian, and Christians aren't God. You have to find Him for yourself-- not for a crutch or some ridiculous 'in thing'. Believe me, your well-being (especially after you die) depends on whether You believe what God, not others, has said. Be wise. Don't play with your life.

i am amazed at how many christians live a luke warm life they try to get as clos to the world as they can and still be a christian sittng in their little comfart zone sipping on their glass of wine and drinking their beer and listening to their secular ungodly music that does nothing but glorifies the world

Yes it is costly living for Christ! We have to empty ourselves completely of self,the flesh with all its lusts: the lust of the eye,the lust of the flesh,the pride of life! It is truly costly to live a life of emptying ourselves of the love of the things of the world, and of a sinful nature; that spirit that is always lusting against the Spirit of God.It truly is costly to live a life of forgiving,when all our lives all we know is hatred,oppression and suffering.Yet we still have to love them!!!
