Isn't the disaster area, Louisiana, one of the bible belt states? Aren't they supposed to have "God" down there?

I would rather that people acted like they did in Fukushima, Japan (A non-Christian nation) than they did during Hurricane Katrina.

Marx believed Capitalism would devour itself and that the country would turn to Socialism to stay afloat (so Boykin is wrong)... Marx also defined Communism as an ideology without an overseeing state (Boykin is right), though the public would absolutely govern itself (so Boykin is wrong, it's not Anarchy)
